MUSIC FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH

By using an eclectic mix of music, youth and performance, Sound Minds 2010 aims to promote positive mental health in young people by showcasing young musical talent in Lanarkshire. The Sound Minds events have been developed by passionate young volunteers who want to make a difference. Following on from the success of last year’s event, held at Motherwell Concert Hall, the team hope to spread the message to a wider audience across Lanarkshire.

Last year the group were renowned for using quirky marketing campaigns that included an impromptu music marathon across Lanarkshire, so be sure to visit the website regularly to keep up to date with all the goings-on, line-up information, music and events.

This year, Sound Minds needs you! We will also be creating fun interactive events where you get to have your say in how Sound Minds is run.
